Tubewell Steel & Engg. Co. is a leading manufacturer and stockist specializing in Alloy Steel Pipes, Tubes, Fittings and Flanges for critical industrial applications.
Every pipe, fitting and flange we supply is checked, tested and documented so it performs exactly as specified in service.
In high-temperature and high-pressure service, the wrong material is not just a quality issue. It is a safety risk.
That is why quality at Tubewell Steel & Engg. Co. starts before purchase and continues until the material is on your site. We buy only from approved mills, check every heat against ASTM / ASME standards such as A335, A213, A234, A182 and A387, and confirm grade identity with PMI before dispatch.
Every consignment is backed by traceable mill test certificates and, where required, third-party inspection. Your engineers and inspectors get the documentation they need without delays.

We are committed to supplying alloy steel pipes, tubes, fittings, flanges, plates and bars that conform fully to the specified standards and to customer requirements. We aim for continual improvement in our processes, prompt delivery and complete transparency, so that every customer can rely on us without compromise.
Material is bought only from approved mills with a proven track record for alloy steel grades.
Mill certificates are checked against the standard and your purchase order before material is accepted.
Positive material identification confirms Cr, Mo and other alloying elements on every piece.
OD, wall thickness, length, bevel and ovality are measured against ASME tolerances.
Surfaces are inspected for laps, seams, pitting and damage, and marking is verified.
Material is packed, tagged and released with its complete certificate pack.
Depending on the product standard and your specification, the following tests are performed in-house, at the mill or at NABL-accredited laboratories.
Spectro analysis and PMI to confirm composition against the grade limits.
Tensile, yield, elongation, hardness and impact tests as required.
Pressure testing of pipes and tubes to the standard's required test pressure.
Non-destructive testing to detect internal and surface defects.
Radiographic examination of welded pipes and fittings where specified.
Metallographic and intergranular corrosion tests on request.
Mill test certificate with heat number, chemistry and mechanical results.
Certificate witnessed by an independent inspector, on request.
IBR-approved material and forms for boiler applications, on request.
TPI by agencies such as BV, TÜV, SGS or Lloyd's, arranged on request.
